Entry-Level Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler I Location: Beaver, PA Pay Range: $17.54/hr Shift: Mon - Fri 3:30p-12a What's the Job? Assemble details, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies according to instructions. Load and unload contacts, solder shims or paste, and conductors on carbon assembly boats for furnace brazing. Operate hand tools, bench tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Perform simple electrical and mechanical tests such as ground and dielectric tests. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency. What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely. Availability to work scheduled hours without restrictions. Some manufacturing knowledge is preferred but not required.
