Developed over $500M in healthcare projects in the past three years. Job Description Will oversee subcontractors on site. Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel. Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment. Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments to the vendors are correct. Occasionally throw on the tool belt and help with site work. Administer a Quality Control Plan on site. Create a baseline production schedule for projects. Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.
