Caregivers Needed

As a caregiver, you'll be there to assist clients with everyday activities and help them stay independent in their own homes. From offering companionship to helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care (like bathing and dressing), you'll be making life easier for someone in a big way. What We're Looking For: Experience: We'd love for you to have at least 1,000 hours of experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic health conditions. But, if you're a CNA, HHA, or have experience in companionship/housekeeping, that's great too! Certifications: CNA or HHA certifications are a bonus, but not a must. Health & Safety: You'll need to have a current TB test, be able to assist with client transfers safely, and follow infection control guidelines. Transportation: A reliable car, valid driver's license, and car insurance are essential. Background Check: You'll need to pass national and state criminal background checks. Communication Skills: Being able to communicate well with clients, their families, and our team is key to success in this role. What You'll Be Doing: Personalized Care: You'll follow individual care plans to make sure each client gets the care they need. Everyday Support: You'll provide companionship, help with meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and assist with personal care (like bathing, dressing, and feeding). Being an Advocate: You'll communicate any changes in a client's health and make sure their needs are heard. Safety First: Follow safety protocols and infection control standards to keep everyone safe, and let us know if extra supplies are needed. Record Keeping: You'll keep track of your hours, tasks, and any important client updates using our ClearCare Telephony system. Professionalism: You'll be the face of our company, so it's important to maintain a professional and caring attitude.
