Shipping and Receiving ClerkShiftMid shift: 10a - 6pmPay$20.25LocationLockportJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP, a strong history in inventory management, shipping and receiving logistics, and a familiarity with ERP systems.Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move products around the facility as needed. Greet and check in delivery drivers, verify shipment details, and collect required documentation. Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and labels. Enter and track shipments using SAP to ensure accurate inventory and logistics records. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and communicate updates to internal teams. Monitor dock activity and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading. Resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and escalate issues as needed. Maintain organized records of all inbound and outbound shipments. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and generating reports. Essential Skills 2-3 years of clerk experience. Proficiency in SAP. Experience with inventory, shipping, and receiving logistics. Familiarity with ERP systems. Data entry skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using an RF scanner. Forklift operation experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to pick and select orders. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail.
