Job DescriptionPosition Title:General Help - UtilityPay Rate :$22/hrCategory/Shift :Hourly Full-Time 2 nd Shift (3pm-11pm - Monday-Friday) 3 rd Shift (11pm - 7am - Sunday - Thursday) Physical Location :Lebanon Box Facility800 Edwards DriveLebanon, IN 46052(765) 335-5422The Job You Will Perform: Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program. Other duties as assigned by any member of management. Set up and operation of various machines. Run material through machine according to company specifications. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintain the work area, keep equipment in clean and orderly condition, follows prescribed safety regulations. Ensure correct materials are used to meet customer specifications. Ensure all inventory entries are complete and accurate. Inspect and maintain quality of product. Meet all quality and efficiency standards. Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines. Test operation of machines periodically These responsibilities and duties are not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may be added or deleted as necessary.The Skills You Will Bring: Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting and Machine Operator experience preferred. Must be able to work as a part of a team, and independently. Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base profile (below) for this position. Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified.
