Full Time Server/Dishwasher

Lakeview Senior Living is looking for a Full Time Server/Dishwasher to join our team at our Independent Living facility located in Lakewood, CO. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a part time Dishwasher. The Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely and efficient manner. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responsible for interacting with our Guests and ensuring they have a wonderful dining experience ensuring they feel appreciated and well taken care of. Assume 100% responsibility for quality Guests' experience. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Ensure assigned sections is in impeccable condition for seating of Guests during entirety of shift. Confidently and accurately answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant information. Responsible for pre-bussing, clearing, cleaning, and setting tables/sections for seating of Guests. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guest. Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests. Maintain a professional and personable appearance. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Perform other duties as assigned. Dishwasher: Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area Dispose of trash and recycling Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff Qualifications: - Previous experience as a server/dishwasher is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines - Reliable and punctual - Ability to work well in a team environment Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Ability to bend, stoop, and reach This is a full-time position with a schedule including weekends from 10:30AM-7:30PM.
