Manual TC Assembly Position 1st and 2nd shift Essential Functions: Properly run the manual assembly machine Perform set up timely Meet production and quality standards Ability to read job tags and understand processing steps Inspect material to ensure product is correct and not damaged Ability to use computers to produce finished goods labels, plate, and shop floor reporting Work with the Quality Department to verify material to the standards Maintain lot integrity through the assembly process Produce daily schedule targets Operate a powered industrial truck safely Stage material to the schedule to meet customer demand Communicate professionally to department leads and management Communicate maintenance and tooling requirements as needed Maintain cleanliness standards Perform other duties as assigned Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times Skills and Abilities: Ability to read understand and follow instructions Ability to use proper tools Ability to operate mobile equipment Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required Experience: Familiarity with shipping and warehousing processes and procedures, as well as experience using mobile equipment, is a plus, but not required Working Conditions: Work is performed in a distribution center environment Standing for long periods of time is require Lift up to 50+ pounds on occasion Must be willing and available to work overtime, as needed We consider all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, handicap, genetic infiltration, disability or status as a veteran.
