Shipper Packer - Day Shift

Millbrook Support Services is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Shippers and Packers for a Day Shift Position to join our Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy team in Lancaster, TX. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to pharmacy standards and federal guidelines. Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items. Verify shipment contents against invoices, bills of lading, or storage receipts. Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and compliance with order specifications. Record reasons for returns and report discrepancies or quality issues. Utilize shipping software and data entry systems to track inventory and communicate updates. Unload, unpack, and deliver incoming inventory to designated areas. Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and process improvement activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications: Language and Reasoning Skills: Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak). Ability to understand safety rules, operating procedures, and written instructions. Able to write routine reports and interpret shipping documentation. Physical Requirements: Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs. Stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift. Use hands to handle materials and operate equipment.
