Job Description Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assembler to join their client's team in California. This position involves assembling components into medical devices and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Responsibilities Assemble components into medical devices following approved manufacturing procedures. Perform component cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Set-up and operate equipment according to established procedures. Conduct in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Utilize a range of tools including small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve line issues promptly. Propose and contribute to process improvements based on practical insights. Maintain the integrity of the cleanroom environment through proper gowning techniques and strict adherence to cleanroom protocols. Document accurate records related to quality, work progress, test results, and any special projects. Work Hours The position requires working from Monday to Friday, during the first shift. Benefits The role offers a competitive pay range with a minimum pay of $25 per hour and a maximum pay of $30 per hour. Additional Details This position requires individuals to work onsite in a cleanroom environment.
