Job Details The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize all logistics functions including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and coordination with production and distribution. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end operations supporting the manufacturing and delivery of surgical instruments. The role is onsite and reports to senior operations leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, freight coordination, and materials management. Manage vendor relationships, carriers, and warehouse scheduling to ensure efficient distribution. Collaborate with production and sales to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment timelines. Utilize NetSuite ERP to track shipments, monitor inventory, and analyze performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost management. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. Experience in manufacturing or medical device distribution strongly preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite required). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
