QA Tester

Job Description• Bachelor or Master Degree from a recognized university in petroleum engineering or equivalent degree with minimum GPA 7.5 and above• Min 2 yrs. of QA experience (Experience with Oil and Gas Upstream applications preferred)• Good understanding of upstream applications. (Preferred: EDT Applications)• Knowledge of one or more of the basic wells engineering concepts including:o Well construction – drilling techniques, well control, fluids property management, drilling mechanics, performance monitoringo Well completions – completion designs, well performance analysis,• Experience with engineering applications such as WellCat, Wellplan, Compass will be an advantage.• Basic understanding of Framework creation using any of the Automation tool.• Experience with SDLC/STLC processes and complete understanding of various testing types viz Smoke, Functional, Integration, Performance, Regression and User Acceptance Testing etc.• ISTQB foundation level certified (Optional)• Well versed with Test Case creation, Defect and Test Management tool (Azure DevOps/TFS, JIRA)• Comfortable with Agile methodologies• Excellent Communication SkillsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
