This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, gaining exposure across global systems, real-time transactions, and multi-entity environments. What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly, working across: Financial reconciliation and reporting (daily, monthly, yearly) Processing and authorizing financial settlements (FinMan, D365) Managing institutions and configurations across internal platforms (FPWP & D365) Supporting month-end and year-end close, including journals and accruals Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Preparing revenue, cost, and margin analysis Variance analysis (actual vs forecast/budget) Chargebacks, purchase orders, and financial processing Supporting audits and working with external tax advisors (US & Canada) Inventory tracking, stock analysis, and cost optimisation initiatives This role gives you real visibility into how finance supports a global product and operational business. You’ll: Work with real-time transaction systems Collaborate directly with customers and operational teams Gain exposure to global finance processes Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements Build skills that go beyond accounting — into analysis, systems, and commercial thinking Requirements What we’re looking for 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or a related field Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Comfortable working with financial systems (ERP experience a plus) Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Strong communication skills — able to work across teams Why Vix?
