Clayton Services is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join a leading food distribution company in North Houston. The Bilingual Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate movement, organization, and delivery of perishable and frozen food products. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour, plus OT Benefits: Full benefits after the temporary period medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (one-hour lunch) Bilingual Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks (Raymond brand preferred) and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize pallets of product Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, ensuring product accuracy, condition, and temperature compliance Pull, stage, and pack orders according to pick tickets and delivery schedules Maintain proper rotation (FIFO) and product placement to ensure food safety and freshness Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, verifying stock accuracy and identifying discrepancies Assist with receiving shipments, checking product quantities, and inspecting for damage or spoilage Keep warehouse aisles, docks, and staging areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Work in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments while following safety and PPE guidelines Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Participate in general maintenance and cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse sanitation and safety standards Adhere to all company policies, food handling guidelines, and OSHA safety regulations Other duties as assigned Bilingual Warehouse Associate Skills and Abilities: Equipment Operation: Proficient in operating stand-up reach trucks (Raymond preferred) and pallet jacks Attention to Detail: Ensures order accuracy, product quality, and inventory precision Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict shipping deadlines Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in cold/frozen conditions Team Collaboration: Works effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment Safety Awareness: Understands warehouse safety practices and follows all protocols diligently Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordination across departments Bilingual Warehouse Associate Requirements: Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck (Raymond brand preferred) and pallet jack required Prior experience in food distribution or logistics (Sysco, US Foods, Ben E.
