Job Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for transporting materials throughout the facility, supporting production flow, and maintaining accurate inventory movement. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe operations, timely product handling, and efficient warehouse performance. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Load, unload, move, and stage materials for production and shipping. Perform accurate scanning, counting, and documentation of inventory. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to meet company goals. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum 12 years of forklift or material-handling experience. Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one). Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate equipment for long periods. Good vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity. Stable work history in previous roles. Must pass a drug screen.
