LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.Responsibilities Perform AP functions including coordinating approval and processing invoices (PO matching), performing check runs, maintaining subcontractor insurance requirements, maintaining AP aging, etc. Experience Minimum of two to four years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience required Skills/Knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software required (MS Dynamics, Sage, Viewpoint Vista, etc.) Knowledge of lien waivers preferred High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills Education High school diploma Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $25-28.50/hr.
