Fulfillment/Warehouse Associate

Production/Warehouse Associate Partners Personnel is seeking detail-oriented Production/Warehouse associates to join our team at a distribution center in West Sacramento. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking orders accurately and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and labeling products accurately to meet tight shipping deadlines. Inventory Management: Receiving incoming trucks, scanning items, and updating inventory tracking systems. Warehouse Maintenance: Organizing storage areas and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Quality Control: Inspecting products for damage or defects before they are shipped. Required Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Ensuring the correct items are picked and packed for orders. Technology Proficiency: Experience using inventory software or scanners.
