Warehouse Associate

At Endries, our Warehouse Associate primary goal is to get our shipments accurately counted and out the door to our customers on time! Our team is growing and we're looking for individuals that would love to come here and help us with process improvement in this area so that we can service our customers in the most efficient ways possible. Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Storage Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing lists or purchase orders. Open containers, inspect contents, and record quantities received. Label materials with identifying information such as part numbers, lot numbers, or bin locations. Place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established storage procedures. Order Fulfillment Read customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine required items. Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to company standards. Assemble customer orders from stock and move them to packing or shipping areas. Prepare parcels for shipping and ensure accurate labeling. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records, including inventory adjustment sheets. Perform regular counts to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. Enter receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments using the company ERP system (Prophet 21 preferred). Material Handling Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with company and OSHA standards. Move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas as needed. General Warehouse Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned. Benefits.
