Job DescriptionJob Title: Medical Assembler Operator Location: Eden Prairie, MN Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Operator I workers for a medical device manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll support cleanroom production by performing coating, inspection, and packaging tasks that help create high-quality medical products. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Medical Assembler Operator: Perform coating, inspection, and testing processes according to detailed work instructions Prep work surfaces, maintain equipment, and follow ISO/GMP standards Inspect components and materials to ensure quality specifications are met Package approved or rejected products according to documented procedures Accurately record production data and communicate any issues to the Lead Operator or Supervisor What You Need to Bring to the Medical Assembler Operator Role Ability to stand and walk for an 8-10 hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
