No prior apartment maintenance experience required - we will train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in apartment maintenance, HVAC maintenance, or building maintenance to start a hands-on career in the multifamily industry. You'll work directly with our Maintenance Supervisor and receive hands-on training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property maintenance.
