Job Full Description Seeking Experienced Forklift Operators to join our team for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift!! EVALUATION TO HIRE OPPORTUNITIES BENEFITS ONCE HIRED ONWork Hours: Monday to Friday (times may vary) Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on company and shift. Responsibilities: Operate a variety of Forklifts including: Sit-down, Standup Reach, High Reach, Cherry Picker, EPJ, Clamp, Turret (1 Year+ Recent Experience Required) Load and unload materials from trucks or containers Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, or loading docks Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications: Proven experience operating multiple types of forklifts (minimum 1+ year required) Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Good communication skills and attention to detail Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits: Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and growth opportunities Please reach out to Express Employment Professionals North Aurora at 630-429-9113 #3156 North Aurora, IL 3156 1135 Oak Street North Aurora, IL 60542
