This role is essential for ensuring accurate inventory control, timely pulling of items for orders, and efficient organization of inventory upon container arrivals. Shift and Compensation 1st Shift Compensation is from 60,000 USD to 75,000 USD per year Job Duties Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels. Pull inventory accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders.• Organize and reconcile incoming shipments upon container arrival. Oversee and support a team of warehouse associates to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies and resolve issues proactively. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to support business goals. Background Profile Previous experience in warehouse inventory management or a related role. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
