Warehouse Worker (All Shifts Available) We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Warehouse Worker in South Bend, IN. The position involves operating various machinery such as sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to efficiently move materials within the warehouse. This role requires working 12-hour shifts and every other Wednesday, alternating between 48-hour and 36-hour work weeks. Schedule: AM/PM, 4 different shifts Front Half Days: Sunday- Tues/Wed: 4am-4pm: 3 openings Front Half Nights: Sun-Tues-Wed: 4pm-4am: 4 openings Back Half Days: Wed-Thurs- Sat: 4am-4pm: 4 openings Back Half Nights: Wed/Thurs-Sat: 4pm-4am: 6 openings We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a halfResponsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Use RF Scanner technology to locate and store materials. Participate in a forklift test during the interview process. Stand for the entire 12-hour shift. Lift and pull up to 50 lbs. Follow instructions on material staging. Work over holidays as required. Essential Skills Proficiency in forklift operation. Experience using an RF Scanner. Ability to stand for extended periods. Physical ability to lift/pull 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor and material handling. Capability to work in a warehouse environment with a focus on safety. Steel-toed boots and pants are mandatory. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr.
