Job Title: Production Associate1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4:30am-3:30pm $18.46/hr2nd Shift: Monday- Thursday: 3pm-1:30am $18.46/hrWeekend: Friday-Sunday 4:30am-4:30pm OR 4:30pm-4:30am $19.96/hrJob DescriptionAs a Production Associate, you will be responsible for building, assembling, inspecting, and repairing components in a dynamic production environment. You will also perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines, ensuring all completed work meets production quality standards.Responsibilities Build, assemble, inspect, and repair production components. Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines. Review and complete necessary documentation for production processes, including yield, rework, and scrap data. Verify that all completed work conforms to production quality standards. Communicate requests and requirements to maintenance, engineering, and other departments. Suggest improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Set up, program, and run complex equipment and machine tools. Review processes and implement improvements according to change procedures. Operate and maintain test equipment as per procedures. Possibly orient, train, and assign/review the work of other team members. Essential Skills Experience in assembly and production processes. Proficiency in machine operation and use of hand tools. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Mechanical skills for assembling and maintaining equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications High-school graduate or GED preferred.
