We're passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities:Efficiently receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Document and report any issues accurately. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, conduct cycle counts, update records in inventory systems, and assist with full physical audits. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse. Follow company safety standards and guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for receiving, shipping, and returns. Assist with warehouse organization, implement process improvements to increase efficiency, and support seasonal or high-volume workload periods. Required Skills:Previous experience in warehouse, shipping or production environments is a plus. Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives. Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
