Maintenance Plumber

LB&B Associates Inc. (LB&B) has an immediate opening for a plumber at our contract at the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must have a minimum of five years as a plumber. Candidate must hold an active North Carolina plumber license. The position requires experience in customer service, industry safety practices, and quality control. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing commercial/industrial plumbing repair and maintenance, familiarity with fire pump and sprinkler system operation and maintenance, roof drain repair and maintenance. Must have experience and ability to maintain facility plumbing systems, backflow preventers, sewage ejectors, and ability to braise. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and competencies: Pump maintenance, i.e. rebuild pumps, replace seal, and troubleshoot piping systems.
