As a General Laborer, you will contribute to our production processes and have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Responsibilities Operate machinery including laser and machine operations. Assist in assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Interpret and work from blueprints and sheet metal designs. Ensure quality control by measuring parts with tools like mics and calipers. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience with general production and machine operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with sheet metal and laser operations. Work Environment The work takes place in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting that is fairly clean but not climate controlled. Employees work in shifts: 1st (6:50am - 3pm), 2nd (2:50pm-11pm), or 3rd (10:50pm - 7am). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
