• IT Site Support Specialist will be responsible for: • Provide onsite support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. • Perform network diagnosis and support, resolving connectivity issues and escalating complex problems. • Manage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms. • Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software as needed. • Support mobile devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Maintain and support meeting room technology, including AV equipment and Conferencing tools. • Coordinate with specialized IT teams for escalations and advanced technical support. • Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks on end-user devices. • Provide support for process computers and business workstations in operational environments. • Track and update IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance. • Contribute to incident management and participate in root cause analysis. • Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and troubleshooting steps. • Provide hardware asset support, including procurement and lifecycle management. • Deliver software support, including licensing and compliance checks. • Assist with compliance and auditing activities related to IT systems and processes. • Offer specialized support for business-critical applications and systems. • Participate in service transition activities for new technologies and services. • Implement preventive management strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
