Customer Account Representative

Duties include supporting internal clients through exceptional service and effective account management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Pay: $20.00 to $22.17 per hour depending on experience Location: On site in Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Duration: Position is a 1-year contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate! Key Responsibilities: Engage internal clients through both inbound and outbound phone calls. Serve as the initial and ongoing point of support throughout the account opening process and full account lifecycle. Provide world-class service to internal clients. Build strong relationships while delivering solutions that align with internal policies and procedures. Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Maintain consistent performance in a dynamic and changing environment. Qualifications Bachelor degree is REQUIRED with recent College Grads are encouraged to apply! 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services or customer service. Demonstrated interest in career development and professional growth Strong attention to detail. Dependable and reliable work ethic. Service-oriented mindset. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
