Forklift Operator - Linden, NJ

Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Linden, NJ Role Type: Temp to Hire Shift: Days (8 AM - 4:30 PM) Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently Load and unload goods from trucks and containers Move materials to designated storage areas Stack and organize products based on inventory procedures Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety issues Follow company safety rules and OSHA guidelines Use scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements: Previous forklift operation experience required (certification preferred) Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and good time management Flexibility to work various shifts/overtime if needed High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Best Regards, Jim Scott
