Learn more about us at Overview: Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead ensures day-to-day excellence across delivery scheduling, shipping documentation, inventory control, returns logistics, and inter-warehouse collaboration. This role monitors the pipeline, coordinates drivers and third-party carriers, creates and tracks purchase orders, and partners closely with the shop and core warehouses to enable accurate, on-time, and cost-effective operations. The coordinator also trains team members remotely to build reliable coverage and operational continuity. What You'll Do:Review the daily delivery schedule and verify all shipment details prior to dispatch. Print manifests and driver packets; ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Process outbound equipment shipments and correct any discrepancies on shipping paperwork. Coordinate with drivers on routing and special instructions. Monitor and respond to email inquiries and operational requests throughout the day. Partner with delivery coordinators (DCs), sales representatives, and core warehouses to resolve needs and requests. Track the daily schedule and pipeline on an hourly cadence; escalate risks proactively. Create purchase orders for equipment needed through the pipeline. Preorder PREO equipment orders when required. Enter newly received equipment into assigned bin locations and ensure timely handoff to the shop. Communicate shop priorities and due dates to meet schedule commitments. Link equipment post-unboxing and update status to reflect shop processing. Respond to urgent issues and special requests; communicate clearly with stakeholders. Train warehouse operations team members. What You Need to Succeed:3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations (or equivalent experience). Working knowledge of warehouse workflows: receiving, binning, picking, staging, shipping, and returns. Experience creating purchase orders and managing shipping documentation (manifests, BOLs, RAs). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word); Excel proficiency with lookups and PivotTables. Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and inventory control practices (cycle counts, variance analysis). Experience coordinating with third-party carriers and scheduling pickups/deliveries. Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in both an in-person and remote environment. Physical Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 lbs. Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled.
