Im currently partnering with a well-established Multifamily General Contractor that is actively hiring a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of ground-up garden-style and podium projects across the North Dallas market. This is a great opportunity to join a builder with a strong backlog of work and long-term growth opportunities. Project Types Ground-up Multifamily Construction Garden-Style & Podium Projects New Development Communities Responsibilities Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination Work closely with ownership, architects, and field teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls Support field leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects preferred Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgeting, and project controls Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships Compensation Competitive base salary Bonus potential Full benefits package Long-term project pipeline ????
