Order Selector

New Tech Global is currently seeking an Order Selector in Houston, TX. Overview Assist in daily operations. Pick customer orders accurately according to the company's picking procedures. Wrap pallets, load trailer, and containers. Inspect product for damages, report as needed. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Equipment maintenance and upkeep. Routine cleaning duties. Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized. Listen and follow instructions from supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years' experience in Picking and Fulfilling Orders. 3+ years' experience in operating Walkie Rider. 3+ years' experience in operating Reach Truck. Familiarity of use of shipping scanners. Proven work experience in warehouse setting. Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for work, must be able to lift or move at least 50 lbs. unassisted and stand for prolonged periods. Able to work independently and safely. Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English. Spanish a plus but not required. Basic Arithmetic skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication. Computer skills. Inventory systems proficiency: DSI & JDE experience a plus.
