Pay Range: $12-$20 per hour Key Responsibilities: Passion: Show dedication and enthusiasm for the role, continuously striving to exceed expectations. Meet deadlines consistently while utilizing J&M tools to achieve objectives. Maximize productivity by leveraging all available resources for personal growth. Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador for Johnston & Murphy, creating a premium store environment. Support visual guidelines and maintain the store's appearance. Adhere to personal presentation standards to enhance the customer experience. Deliver World Class Service and maintain professional phone etiquette. Interpersonal Skills: Foster strong relationships with co-workers and communicate effectively. Build productive connections with the store team, region, and company. Follow all company policies and procedures. Implement expectations according to the P.R.I.D.E. Performance Expectations document. Delivers Results: Assist in meeting financial goals through effective team and personal performance. Timely execution of merchandise movements and adherence to visual guidelines. Help maintain a well-organized environment in accordance with visual standards. Protect company assets by ensuring accurate inventory and cash management. Edge: Embrace change and make insightful decisions, conveying a sense of urgency. Utilize J&M training tools effectively to drive results. Report any HR issues to management promptly. Act quickly to move issues toward resolution. Essential Job Functions: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Store Management, and Customer Service to achieve goals, including managing supplies and meeting deadlines. Adapt swiftly to various tasks while maintaining high-quality service. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and solving problems. Possess excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in business documents. Physical demands include regular movement, communication, and the ability to lift 40 lbs safely. Flexible scheduling is required, including the ability to work during peak seasons such as weekends and holidays. Requirements: Preferred experience in retail sales or stock management. A passion for working in a dynamic retail environment. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Availability for a flexible schedule suited to retail needs. Capability to lift at least 40 lbs and meet other physical requirements.
