Electronic Assembler - Level 2 or 3

Twin City Staffing is hiring an Electronic Assembler - Level 2 or 3 for a clean, climate-controlled electronics manufacturer in Maple Grove ! If you have a strong work history and basic soldering experience, we are willing to provide additional training to help you advance. Location: Maple Grove, MN Wage: $18.50 - $23.00/hr. (DOE) Hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) & 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Friday) Benefits of the Electronic Assembler - Level 2 or 3: Clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility Consistent daytime schedule with early Friday finishes Weekly pay and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with advanced SMT and soldering equipment Full benefits package upon permanent hire (401k, Medical, Dental, Disability) Duties of the Electronic Assembler - Level 2 or 3: Apply components to circuit boards using precision soldering Perform through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) assembly Read and interpret diagrams for accurate part placement Inspect finished work to ensure quality and functionality Handle and maintain soldering tools and wash machines Document assembly processes and maintain a tidy workstation Requirements: 1 year of soldering experience (PCB experience is ideal) Reliable transportation and strong work history Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
