Warehouse Specialist

Position Summary: Vali Inc has an opportunity for Warehouse Specialist working on the APS-3 project located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The successful candidate performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: verifying materials against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or placing materials on pallets, in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage, and preparing it for shipment. This position may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. Position qualification/skills requirements: High School diploma or equivalent 2 years' related work experience Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License U.S. Citizen Currently have or able to obtain a security clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access Working knowledge in staging and placing materials on a pallet for loading into containers Must be able to identify items required per load, inventory, and account for required quantities and take appropriate action to prepare items for loading Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) Vali, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
