JOB PURPOSE: The Warehouse and Assembly Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment, overseeing all aspects of inventory management at our facility. Responsibilities include receiving shipments promptly, staging and organizing inventory, maintaining equipment, conducting physical inventory counts, and accurately processing inventory transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and validate all purchase orders against packing slips within 24 hours. Ensure all warehouse items are properly tagged, labeled, and stored. Manage return authorizations efficiently (request, return, and reporting). Accurately process inventory transactions within the Operating system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in alignment with Numotion standards. Handle waste management, including breaking down boxes and removing pallets. Sanitize and maintain our fleet of rental, demo, and loaner equipment. Provide guidance on effective inventory control procedures. Perform other related duties as needed. Work collaboratively with team members. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet). COMPETENCIES AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in supply chain or inventory management is a plus. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly. Excellent organizational and time management skills, focusing on priority tasks.
