Working as an Inventory Control Specialist, you can expect the following: Develop in depth working knowledge of PrintStream and PSI Responsible for inventory control of all fulfillment items Responsible for insuring accurate reporting of inventory using PrintStream/Dokshop Responsible for insuring product received from Production for Dokshop inventory is accurate and all counts are accurately posted into PrintStream/Dokshop Receive daily reports from PrintStream detailing inventory discrepancies, cycle counts needed Perform physical cycle counts and inventory adjustment counts Reconcile actual counts versus reported counts in PrintStream Act on information received from these daily reports in the form of problem solving any discrepancies Communicate the specific cause of each discrepancy to plant manager so it can be corrected Help solve inventory issues that originate from the CSR and sales team Establish a working relationship with Dokshop press and Digital teams to closely monitor make-ready and spoilage counts in PrintStream Other duties as assigned. Candidate Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of printing and/or 2 years of warehouse inventory control preferred In-depth working knowledge of Dokshop fulfillment and print & ship operations The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Legal stuff Prisma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
