Inventory Counter

Inventory Counter Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top-selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits. The Inventory counter position is responsible for executing pre-defined inventory counts using an RF handheld device for entering counts. As part of the Inventory Control team, this position works closely with both the Inventory Specialist and warehouse leadership executing counts and identifying possible sources of variance. This position is based out of our Phoenix location. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Maintain our culture of "Safety First" Accurately input counts into a handheld RF unit and validates item information following specific instructions. Problem-solve issues to uncover underlying issues within the warehouse operation that drive variances. In addition to executing pre-defined counts, the inventory counter will also audit pallets prior to them being shipped to the customer for sale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey information. Employees will be required to operate powered industrial equipment including Stock-picker, Scissor lift, and Forklift.
