You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is organized, orders are processed accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouseCommunicate with vendors, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesivelyMaintain Inventory control so when stock is low, supply order can be placed.Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operationsReview technician orders with warehouse inventory before orderingTag and Label Equipment as it arrives.Have next day’s jobs equipment and supplies pulled and staged for crews.Prepare truck replenishment as needed.Keep warehouse clean and organized, breakdown all equipment for garbage or recycling.Place orders for ductwork and pick up when needed.Arrive 30 mins prior to crews’ arrival.Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as/if required.QualificationsProven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of warehousingPossesses effective verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving and customer service skillsMust have honest and dependable personality.Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs safety.Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
