Location Uniondale NY Job Type Direct Hire/Permanent Date Posted Posted 5 Days ago Electronic Assembler Detailed Job Specifications Document CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with our manufacturing client in central Nassau County, NY, to identify a Wiring/Electronic Assembler to join their team. The Assembler will build and assemble electronic products in a small to medium volume production environment. Ideal candidates have strong dexterity, solid soldering experience (J-STD-001 a plus), and can read and follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electronic products and subassemblies to specifications. Perform soldering on through-hole and/or surface-mount components. Interpret drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions. Use standard manufacturing tools and test equipment. Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Document work and update records using computer systems. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a small to medium volume production environment. Proficient in soldering; J-STD-001 certification a plus. (will train the right candidate) Strong computer skills; able to navigate production software and documentation. Ability to follow technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Able to lift 30-40 lbs.
