As a Warehouse Office Clerk, you will answer and route incoming phone calls, process orders, resolve complaints, and provide customer service to customers who visit the facility. Weekly pay starting at $17/hr Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Office Clerk jobs include: Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions for specific customers. Provide computer and manual reports per customer requirements. Perform problem-solving analysis on customer service processes Greet and assist customers, visitors, drivers, and employees in a professional and friendly manner as soon as they call in or arrive.
