We only use the best ingredients available to make every meal remarkable.Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and other service ware, as well as assist in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment. You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.Responsibilities:Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silverSegregate and remove trash and place it in the designated containersSweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areasTransfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools andsupplies for the next shiftWalk the floors and pick up any room service/bar traysMaintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organizedBus tablesHelp line cooks properly prep, store, and date foodQualifications:Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferredSkilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the positionAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavyAble to stand for extended periods of timeAble to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasksBenefits/Perks:Same/Next-Day PayAn extensive and well-rounded training programContinued career development and growth opportunities401KMedical, dental, and vision insurance
