Job Full Description Our Reading area client is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position! Warehouse LeadPay: $22/Hour Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more! Shift: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Location: Reading, PA Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping Coordinate material flow to support production schedules Operate forklifts and ensure safe material handling practices Train, assign tasks, and support warehouse team members Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Ensure shipments are accurate and properly documented Communicate with production and shipping teams to resolve issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3+ years of steady warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience Forklift experience required (certification a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer and inventory system skills (FedEx and UPS Systems a plus) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English This is a career opportunity with a local company who offers room for advancement once hired on.
