Title: Warehouse Operator II (Forklift) Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hr. DOE Employment Type: Contract - 3 months Schedule: 2nd Shift - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-time). Location: Keller TX Job Code: CRNGJP00029146 Job Overview Tekberry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator II to support warehouse and distribution operations for our client. This role is responsible for material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of warehouse experience, is comfortable operating a sit-down forklift, and is highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Material Handling Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Perform order picking, product wrapping, packing, labeling, shipping, and receiving Stage finished product for loading and distribution Inventory & Quality Control Maintain accurate product counts and inventory accuracy within the warehouse Ensure no damaged product is shipped out Inspect incoming raw materials to confirm no damaged goods are accepted Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and accurately Maintain clean and organized work areas Equipment Operation Operate sit-down forklift, trucks, and other industrial vehicles safely Communicate effectively with shift leaders and coworkers across shifts to ensure smooth operational transitions Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations Experience operating a sit-down forklift Ability to work within structured procedures and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Ability to complete paperwork accurately and maintain inventory counts Ability to communicate effectively with team members across shifts Additional Requirements Steel-toed shoes required on the first day of assignment Reimbursement available up to $125 for safety shoes Work Environment: Warehouse and manufacturing environment Standing, walking, lifting, and operating industrial equipment required Fast-paced operational setting Why Tekberry We need hard-working, reliable employees.
