Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: 501 Patriot Parkway, Roanoke, Texas 76262 (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Inbound & Outbound Logistics Receive, process, and organize incoming stock, hardware components, and materials. Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, defects, or damage and report discrepancies. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders or bulk shipment orders for outbound deliveryII Box and ship computer systems, parts, and assembled units, as commonly done in PC Asset warehouse roles. Inventory & Storage Management Restock shelves and maintain proper storage of components and hardware. Maintain accurate inventory logs, cycle counts, and documentation. • • Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory integrity Main Duties Core duties • Able to do basic computer component installation and troubleshooting skills. Install RAM, video cards and any peripherals. • Good in documentation. Need to ensure all the processes are documented in SOP, Procedural Manual or Runbooks. • Be comfortable working around Network & Computer equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. • Assist with all warehouse duties. Incoming, outgoing, and decommissioning of assets. Take inventory of all incoming assets. Accept packages from shipper. • Perform physical checks on all inventory shipments, incoming, outgoing, repair and tank. • Have knowledge of locating all our inventory, consumable stock levels. • At times you will be pulling materials, packing boxes, placing shipments in staging area and assist techs place their deliveries in their vehicle if needed. • Assist in updating our database with, incoming, outgoing, warranty repair, decommission inventory. • Experience and knowledge of a handheld scanner to upload the data into the database. Record PO# info, Name, Address, Department and Serial Number on devices from shipments. • Assign and prepare shipping /delivery of packages for property tagging and other non-tagged items. • Assist field techs with any support you can participate in. • Have knowledge of using ticketing systems, ticket creations, and ticket dispatching. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Folk lift experience Packing Dispatching and maintaining Inventory is MOST IMPORTANT
