We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and store materials while supporting daily warehouse operations. Assist with two-man lifts and yard jobs as required. Safely unload inbound shipments, ensuring proper handling of all merchandise and materials. Accurately load outbound shipments, ensuring all items are properly secured for transport. Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against packing lists or purchase orders. Conduct stock checks, part number verifications, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Consolidate loads as needed to optimize storage and shipment efficiency. Pick, pack, and prepare parts for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Label, repack, and wrap products for secure and damage-free shipping. Consolidate partial pallets into full pallets for optimized storage and inventory management. Strap pallets and boxes securely to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Stage completed orders in designated staging areas for final inspection and shipping. Verify all outbound shipments are accompanied by the correct documentation, including revised Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and manual tags.
