Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Follow safety and sanitation standards. Attend training and education sessions as required. Requirements: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Excellent attendance record. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday. Physical Requirements: Stand/walk for 100% of the workday. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently. Push and pull bus and tray carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently. Perform sweeping/mopping functions with ease. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, industrial cleaning chemicals, and hot water.
