Request ID: 55395-1 Title: Scheduling Manager Locations: Onsite: Houston TX 77077 Duration: 12 Months (can extend) Pay Range: $50 - $56/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Note: Applicant must be willing to work on W2.Role Overview The Scheduling Manager role is seeking a highly experienced project controls professional to support capital and expense projects in the Houston area. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules across all project phases. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership-level scheduling expertise, advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, and extensive experience partnering with engineering, construction, cost management, and field teams. This is a manager-level scheduling role, not a junior or standard scheduler position, and requires deep project controls knowledge and the ability to oversee complex, multi-project schedules. This is a city-based role (Houston) requiring on-site presence and in-person interviews. Work Schedule Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Some flexibility (earlier start / earlier end possible) Schedule options: 5/8 schedule 9/80 schedule (with partial hours on Fridays) Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across all project phases Support capital and expense projects Partner closely with: -Engineering teams -Construction teams -Cost management -Field execution teams Provide project controls expertise and schedule leadership Ensure schedule accuracy, logic, and alignment with project execution plans Required Qualifications (Must-Have) • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • 10+ years of experience in project controls and scheduling • 5+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 • Experience of functioning as a Scheduling Manager (not solely a scheduler) • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-phase projects • Knowledge of Turnaround projects, with strong understanding of field practices and construction execution • Willingness and ability to meet all applicable business travel requirements Technical Skills (Must-Haves) • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 • Strong understanding of project controls best practices • Experience managing and analyzing complex, multi-discipline schedules • Office Timeline Preferred • FUse Preferred • Netpoint Preferred 100%- ON-SITE 10+ years Exp Notes: This is a Scheduling Manager-level role, not a standard scheduler position Candidates must be comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple project phases Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
