Inventory Support Associate Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: 9/80 schedule | 7:00 AM 4:30 PM Work Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse setting Job Description The Operations Support Associate will provide day-to-day support within a warehouse and operations environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on setting that includes physical activity and basic computer transactions. This position supports overall operations by assisting with inventory handling, data entry, and general warehouse tasks while maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency. Essential Responsibilities Support daily warehouse and operations activities Perform counting, tracking, and basic inventory tasks Complete computer transactions related to warehouse operations Bend, stoop, stand, and move throughout the shift as required Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Assist with general operational support duties as needed Work Environment Typical warehouse environment Climate controlled Requires standing, bending, stooping, and light physical activity throughout the workday Qualifications Must-Have Requirements (Hard Skills) High School Diploma or equivalent 13 years of prior related experience Requires minimal job-specific knowledge (training provided) Nice-to-Have Skills (Hard Skills) Basic computer skills ERP system knowledge or experience Must-Have Soft Skills Strong ability and willingness to learn Dependable and adaptable Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma with 4 years of experience OR 2 years of college with 2 years of experience Additional Information No specific deal breakers identified Position supports Operations Support projects
