Looking for caregivers to join our home care family. Position description: ComForCare is hiring individuals with the passion to provide one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. We have an immediate need! Applicants with more availability will be given higher priority. Duties: Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need Handle meal planning and preparation Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals Document tasks and create care notes for each visit Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality Provide companionship and respite services for the family. What we're looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation.
